Wick and John 'O Groats, Top of Scotland

Today we drove to Wick from our b&b.  It's a pretty 

dreary town and it was very hard to find anything

to photograph.  This is the best of it.  We headed back

up to John 'O Groats which is very small and mostly

consists of tourist shops in a small circle.  The cool thing

about it though is that it is at the very top of Scotland.

Any farther north and you are in the Orkneys.

Wick is a very gray town.

Wick's shortest street is right in front of this hotel and  it is
in the Guiness Book of Records for the shortest street in the world. It's that little bit in front
of the doorway.
